Sometimes your airport and your destination is good clear weather for flying, but there is bad weather between. This may ean you can't do your trip. However, with the right training, you can fly VFR OVER THE TOP (VFROTT) of the cloud that may be in your way.

There are no tests for this rating either, you only need to log the time with an instructor.
